Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks. Please note that pre-order items will ship around the date listed on the product page.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed clothing within 30 days of delivery. Items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number to request an update.
How should I care for my official tour merchandise?
To preserve the quality of the prints, we recommend washing your apparel inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
How do I track my package?
