We want you to love your Taylor Swift official merchandise; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the return barcode is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
